- Unopened/Unused Products: Return within 7–14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (we offer free & easy returns where applicable).
- Damaged, Defective, or Quality Issues: If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet our standards, notify us within 7 days with photos and your order number—we’ll provide a full refund, replacement, or quick fix at no extra cost.
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety).
- Personalized or custom collections/kits.
- Sale or final clearance items (unless defective).
Return Process

The only way any product can be returned if it has not been delivered, if it’s still with the shipping order, that is the only way products can All items are not refundable. And every purchase is final.
If there is any need to make changes or return, the product must still be in our possession before we can make changes. Then, if a return is needed, the product must still be with us or the courier service.
- Full refund for approved eligible returns (minus any applicable shipping).
- Partial refunds may apply if promotions/discounts were used.
- Refunds are issued as credit to the original method—no cash refunds for paid orders (replacement or store credit offered where suitable).
Cancellations
- Cancel before processing/shipping by contacting us immediately.
- No cancellations once the order has shipped.
